if they were so killer how come you only reached intensity 3?...I really must try harder!
Unfortunately my eyes weren't on the watch so I can't say how fast they were
I tried to figure out what my 200m splits were but struggled with the mental math a little bit. Think they ranged around 46-48 seconds.
Zones are based on heart rate: Zone 1 < 160 < Zone 2 < 180 < Zone 3
I figure three zones categorize the different intensities enough for my purposes.
Fair enough for me!....and the 200's were more like 230's on grass with a hill so its hard to compare to a straight 200 on a track
