With registrations nearing 400 and over a month to go before the next price increase, we are now expecting larger numbers at this year's North American Orienteering Championships than originally anticipated. As such, we have had to redesign the course/class structure for the event to keep the start windows manageable. Please check the
NAOC 2012 website for details. The course/class structure can be found on the Registration page. Course statistics have been updated and can be found on the Bulletins & Course Notes pages.
All requests for course changes need to be made by October 8. Changes after this date will be accepted only if start times and maps are available.
All competitors (not just WRE) will be on the clock from their assigned start time. No start time changes will be made by the start crew. Details about the start procedure will be in the final bulletin which will be available on-line by October12.
When planning your arrival at events, please keep in mind the remote parking, busing and walk to starts. Additionally, WRE runners will be quarantined before the sprint. More details about times and distances will be available in the final bulletin. Start windows are indicated on the Schedule page of the NAOC website.
