Swampfox:
The weather has been wonderful this summer. Locals have said that aside from a little smoke and haze now and then, this has been the best summer they can remember. The 7 day forecast is for more of the same, notwithstanding Tropical Storm (hurricane?) Isaac--which at any rate most weather models show it following a track skirting Wyoming by a bit to the east.

At dusk yesterday several cars of mysterious origin were seen at the Yellow Pine Campground entrance, and since the sentry let them through, they must have known the secret password. Either that, or else a suitable pizza bribe was proffered...

At that's not all that was observed. In the nearby forest, an extremely large moose with the word "Suunto" branded into one flank was munching away, perhaps in preparation for some kind of Finnish surprise at Moose Outlet on Tuesday.

Not much longer now!
