I see that some people have a nifty "training target" widget on your training page. It lets you set goals for X hours or X controls and shows whether you are on track to complete that goal or not.

You (as a donor) can add these from your log by clicking the "+" next to "Training Targets" header in the right column, or from your calendar by clicking any of the little "t"s on future dates.
