1. Lasagna Dinner: We'll be giving our headcount to the caterer soon, so please go ahead and register by next Tuesday, 7/31, if you plan to attend the Lasagna Dinner on Saturday, 9/1, at the Historic Railroad Depot in Laramie. Dinner prices go up after 7/31.
2. Packet Pick-up: Friday, 8/31, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the Comfort Inn in Laramie. (Packets will also be available on an ad hoc basis at the Laramie Daze events, as well as at the Saturday & Sunday meet sites.)

Can I get a discounted meal if I don't make use of the servers or facility rental? Just post my lasagne to Australia thanks.

I have a few updates from Kathleen, based on questions we've received this week:
• If you decide to attend the dinner after you've already registered and paid for the A-Meet, please send me an email with your meal preference (meat or veggie) and the quantity. I'll update your registration details and send you a payment request for the dinner.
• Our venue has limited space, therefore we will not have the luxury of opening the evening to those who are not purchasing tickets for the dinner.
• We won't be serving or selling alcoholic beverages at the dinner. However, attendees may bring their own alcoholic beverages inside The Depot. Alcoholic beverages aren't permitted in the adjacent park or in the parking lot, but it's OK to bring beverages into the dinner. BYO cups/glasses, too.
