Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to design a training exercise for long course - route choice, long legs; I don't have particularly specific training objectives. The target length is 7-8 km, and it would be great (though not necessary) if an obvious cut existed for people seeking a shorter course.
The map is Jackie Jones, and we have a start/finish location approximately picked out. To add to the challenge, I need the course by Saturday. I will be eternally grateful and would be happy to design a course for you.
