In case you're not in a position to see the transit or like here, under clouds, here are some links to live or near live video feeds and movies. The transit itself starts in a couple of hours more or less (approx 6 PM EDT), but Venus is already visible as a dark disk in front of the solar corona in SOHO spacecraft images below.

NSO feeds from various solar observatories around the world.

Lots of interesting wavelengths at the above sites, including the coronographs on SOHO and many H-alpha full disk in addition to white light. Post your own photos here if you can!! Wooo! Almost as good as Yo-Kuppi live tracking :)

Looks to me like Big Bear in CA has the best atmospheric seeing at the moment. Here are the Big Bear Ha feeds:

<10 mins to ingress. Still mostly cloudy here. About 400 space nerds about to have a cow here. One of them even gave birth a few hours ago (an SVO member in fact!) Will biggins get the money shot???

Check out the 3D one if you have a pair of red/blue glasses. This is a stereo composite made from the California and Hawaii images.

A few pics from Baltimore. The first ones are the crappy setup in my office. Then went across the street to the astro dept roof where some folks had set up telescopes.
