Sounds like us around here. The new homeowners on our street are much younger than our kids these days.

Or too much light. I believe the two are fairly even the word over - on an annual basis. And the swamps give often good running.

I'd take swamps (which I quickly adapted to) and dark to the cars and land use policies of the US.

That's why we'll stay a while longer - the light is about right, the woods are close and great and open for our playing. We even get snow occasionally.
