Make sure ur eating plenty of carbs and some good fats, maybe ur just a bit depleted..
Great lydiard rescue plan.
When I was buggered with fatigue a few years ago, in hindsight I think I'd lost too much weight and ultimately severely depleted. I ate myself better with loads of oily fish and carbage. Im sure u can get a good alternative to the fish- but thats what my weapon of choice was, after I put on about half a stone I felt shed loads better.
Sorry if I'm telling u to suck eggs.
:)
No, that's good advice I reckon. And always good to have an excuse to pig out.
Also, I'm getting really good at running really slowly if u want company
i see oily fish (mainly tinned mackerel) and hard boiled eggs as the foundations of my diet! i feel like without them i'd have no strength at all!
I did mention that Jenmeister, in fact I had to delete an entire paragraph details what I splurged in as I figured it would be futile.
However I'm sure a good cheese and onion pie prepared by a loving pregnant wife will be just the ticket
Incidentally please read "CAR-Bage" and not "cabbage" as that will worsen the plight and render the spare bed occupied
Mmm, cabbage. And don't worry, I'm on the linseeds.
I was having a dig at Ben!! (semi-vegetarian??)
and just so you know for future reference Dave: pregnant wives don't cook!
Mine bloody will! After she's bathed me
and massaged your feet too!
mine kept switching the hob off with her bulging great belly.
Still at least this time she didn't burn it on a hot tray
yeah i read that as cabbage first....
i think the vegetarianism is finally catching up - nice juicy steak would sort you out
The bad karma will get you in the end.
Korma ?
mmmmmmmmm, chicken
Don't listen to GG, TomE has spent years trying to convince me all I need is a nice steak...Quinoa instead?
I was feeling bad last week. I had an amazing juicy bloody steak on Sunday, and since then I have been feeling great. QED.
