am curious to hear what you think of acupuncture when treatment is finished. I tried it for hamstring insertion inflammation (simultaneous w/ PT) & did not feel it helped.

It's seems ok for the temp, but the guy did a fantastic job with a 5 minute massage that really hit my sciatic nerve point that has been awesome for 3 days now. I will run today and see how it holds up through that. this will be key, but I will try to see this guy again.

For the sciatica, have you tried stretching? Specifically the stretch I outlined in Janet's log, and then she found a good video of it. That stretch cured my problem in the butt and leg. I also did a piriformis, ham string and quad stretch. Couple times a day and my issues gradually resolved.

Now to find something for the shoulder.
