Maybe you should have more fiber in your breakfast if you need to force it out
Interesting thing is I normally don't need to go for a poo before breakfast, but after breakfast (normally half way through my morning coffee) is a different story.
I think I would be less heavy after breakfast and this regular bowel movement, so perhaps should weigh myself then....hmm, cant really change the system now.
Its the hot water (coffee) reaching your colon that sends the message down the line apparently...so if you ever need to force one out on cue drink some hot water beforehand...
And yeah cant change the system halfway through the experiment...screws your results up and you have to start again.

Great work, Brent. So, just extrapolating a bit we can expect you will be lighter than Tane by around July 2013, and disappear altogether in early 2016?
