I hear there is going to be a blue course at MLK. I am super exctied to run either course at MLK, but leaning towards blue. I will choose whichever course has the most AP runners.

Are you all gonna run Blue or Red?

I think that both will be fun and challenging (I am the setter). I hung tapes out there this past weekend. Even walking the area it easy to get off of the intended route. A lot of subtle variations to skew your direction. I am guessing that most of your AP runners will be on Blue.

Open white woods, easy and fast run but more deadfall than (say) Nerstrand... so a bit of hopping over stuff or going around. No buckthorn, we didn't have to pick our way through anything really. High visibility through the woods, and the hills are not tiring, 4 m or so is a standard "hill". Great visibility and easy to navigate if you keep paying attention but if you let your mind drift, you might have some trouble relocating. Control locations are fair and not hidden. (says the vetter) I think this will be fast running, courses are set long accordingly. I would probably run Red on this one, but I think you'd be happiest with Blue.
