Ran 8 minutes at a slow pace, completed 6 short, uphill sprints at 10 seconds apiece, ran 8 more minutes. The uphill sprints pushed my cardio pretty hard, but I notice my recovery time after getting winded is reducing. Caught my breath between sprints with a short, easy pace run.

No playlist. Just listened to the sounds of suburbia.
