love those ladders, cuz it lets you try to stretch your speed into the next distance. I got another half and full trail marathon to get done, try to fit in a little speedwork now and hit it harder after. What about doing some virtual workouts together, not a race but just try to match times to help encourage each other, since we seem to run very close pace?

Ok, when I do the 400,s next week. Times for these, it's hard to remember, since I keep my watch running. But I have one girl who runs 2:35 800 meters kicking my butt in these intervals.

Soupbone's been running well this spring. We expect great things from him this weekend in the Carolinas. I guess he's running well...because he didn't exhaust himself with a lot of cross-country skiing for the last few months, thanks to our no-snow Global Warming winter!

Yeah..I tried to correct; you were too fast for me. One minute after I posted! I can't get used to the GAOC meet not being over the MLK weekend in January.

It's gonna be a great weekend weather down here.

Back to BP and Matzah Ball, yes let's virtual compare track workouts to each other. But I have to keep my track teams workouts for them, but 400's are up for next Wed. Should be 8-10 with 100 meters walk in-between.

prob wont do the 400s next wed, since i have a race saturday, and havent done much speedwork lately, but i'll be on board after that.
