Ran across the Manhattan Bridge. What a perfect day for it! Run felt good. Slow pace was a good way to start my training. Muscles and cardio both felt about right.

Pats on the back: Steady pace, good stretching afterwords

You're an inspiration! I love that you're doing it natural. Check out the Natural Running Center website for great articles/videos on how running with less is more. Miss seeing you! Why "stride length" as an area of improvement? Remember short stride is good for barefoot/natural style
