When I do two or more training sessions on the same day I put in the weight and sleep in each one.
The weekly average seems to count up both sleeps (and probably both weights) and then averages them.
It would be better if the sleep was taken from only one training session per day. Is this possible to change?

I would only log sleep once per day unless I took a nap (and why bother anyway? What's more important to training is a good night's sleep, thus the slot to keep track of it). Same with weight unless you weigh yourself more than once a day.

You don't need to fill in all the boxes. You really only need an activity and a time to enter training, and m not sure about the activity. :-) (I do know it won't let you log without entering a time.)

I usually log sleep, weight & rhr as a note first thing when I wake up rather than in a training entry. I also use this entry to make notes about how I feel (I put most of those in as private notes)

Regarding the math for displayed averages, weight is just a regular average of all the entered values. sleep is summed for each day and averaged across days (average total per day), so that it comes out right if you have a second entry from a nap.

Have you changed it Ken? It used to add up the total for sleeps and divide by the total number of sleeps entered, regardless of how many in a week. I got around this by just entering sleep on my first entry for the day, including any naps I may have had since the first training session on the previous day.

For weight, well, how many times do you want to weigh yourself in a day?

Yes, I fixed that just recently (last month).
