Fartlek,
If structured reps are not really an option.
I had a really enjoyable fartlek session yesterday.
You work hard, but with no fixed structure it probably self limits to what is good for you, which is a good thing.
This morning was really fun - I'm a bit of a structure guru, but I like the variety and there's more space to ease off a bit on paths then there is looping round a track. And fighting on the hills is almost like fighting other people. I enjoyed this - suggestions on how to build it up?
