Discussion: Training spot recommendations Lyon -France?

I am visiting Lyon - France next week for work. Any recommendations for places to train in the city?

Training/running or training/orienteering?

For running, Le Parc de la Tête d'Or is probably the straightforward choice. Easy access through public transport and quite beautiful.

For orienteering, contact the local clubs (I tried to give the link with contact mail, as almost no french club has an english website)
