Your individual sessions look very good. Plenty long enough and great that you are getting some intensity in, too.
You need to try be more consistent with your workouts. Try to keep it to one or at most two days off per week. You need recovery days but an easy 30-45 min jog will still allow you to recover.
We want you at 7 hours not 4 or 5 / wk.
