25 years ago we hosted the first World Cup in Orienteering outside of Scandinavia. To celebrate this anniversary we used portions of that 1986 race course to inspire the course planning of next week's Salomon Dontgetlost.ca Raid the Hammer.

Because we have provided the biggest pre-race hint in Salomon Dontgetlost.ca Adventure Running Series history the Dundas Valley is embargoed this week for off trail running and any training using a map.
Many of the same checkpoint locations will be used in next Sunday's course but teams can still expect a large amount of trail running, XC running and mud running along with the orienteering.
