I mean, ski season is right around the corner! =) But yeah, also did stuff like that for ankle physio- your ankle has got to be getting stronger!!
I think I may have bigger problems with my skiing than my lack of arm muscles (although that is a significant problem), but, hey, that extra microgram or two on my arms probably can't do anything but help :-). Hard to believe skiing time is so soon!
