Nope, I feel like crap. I was hoping it was allergies as throat was tickly all night, but anti histamines are not helping. So I came home early. Boo! I wish the "racing season" wasn't done by Sunday! It's been a bit rubbish so far with my stupid feet.

My self-dragging only went as far as trails this side of east rock, since, you know, you can bail at any time then whereas if you drive to the gym and it takes 20 mins there and back you have to you for at least 30 mins to make it worthwhile...
