Hiya,
Can anyone tell me about how much pavement is on the sprint? It says it is suburban parkland, does that mean many paved paths going through the area, or is it mostly wooded? I'm just trying to figure out if I should pack a pair of shoes that doesn't have metal studs. Thanks!

I don't know the actual courses but I know the area and metal studs should be fine. I suspect you'll be crossing paved paths and roads but not running along them. There are a few paved bike paths through open fields but you can always run beside those.
