Good stuff, you're a regular Landy, Elliott, De Castella, or Mottram. I'd say nothing else hurts like cross.

What an impressively rugged posse of men you have grouped me with. I'm honoured! I actually really enjoyed it - I haven't been pushed like that in a race for a long time.

Pretty small field when you look at it - I imagine traditional Cross Country is having the same problems appealing to the general public that traditional orienteering is having.

Wasn't it just a pure Masters event? I see there was a race at Waterloo as well, that would have had both the OUAA and maybe the OTFA runners too.
