like your AP handle stays at 08 for another year! Thought we had the buggers but just couldn't finish them off. Free to Hodgy for high tackle might have made a big difference!

The Hawks were magnificent. Fatigue was the issue in the final 15 minutes I reckon - just a bit second to the ball which cost free kicks, and skills just dropped away as well. They bloody deserved to win though - sport frequently sucks doesn't it!?

The Pies definitely benefitted from the weeks rest as the Hawks did tire badly at the end but a classic match just the same. Just a few key positions to fill (Roughy and Gilham back from injury will help) and I think we might have a very good crack at it next season.

That 50m penalty in the first quarter for not hearing the umpire was a bit rough!
