Any recommendations on gaiters for someone with short, fat legs? I'm 4'10" and have fairly fat calves. Any info on the relative adjustability, width of different gaiters would be appreciated, especially those available here: http://home.comcast.net/~galeso/O_Gear.html .

thanks,
rv

Not intending to make a commercial pitch, but if you can't find anything that fits, you may be able to get something custom made from Joe Huberman.

Worth a try, anyway.

One option is soccer shin guards.

Or just go with soccer socks. The extra thickness of a sock over an o-pant seems to offer plenty of protection (for me - but YMMV). It's a cheaper and less hot option.
