thought the SMT crew would like to hear that Pathetic took 3rd in the national sprint champs last night. Patrick Goeres took gold. So Adventure Running Kids has been in good hands! Have fun with Super's extravaganga tomorrow.

Emma was 2nd in sprint in -16 but it was the same course as 17-20 and elite. Emma had the fastest time in the finish line of all women (and tied Patrick Goeres).
