Used to ride Seymour and the first time coming back I tried to find the legal way of access the southbound sidewalk of the 2nd Narrows ...very long and confusing! Eventually gave up and went with this:
1. Stay to the left of the vertical rubber lane divider thingys
2. Bail at the sidewalk just before the bridge
3. Use the crosswalk
4. Bike path the rest of the way

I was confused here too. There's a very well hidden passage for the initiated bikers under the bridge.
