Hi,

I am trying to save a course-setting project that I edited in 0CAD9 as an 0CAD8 file, and I get the error saying that course setting projects cannot be saved in earlier versions of 0CAD. Anyone know how to get around that?

Thanks!

I didn't find a good way and it is a pita. One solution is to export the courses one by one, pita if there are lots, then open them individually and convert.

If the person you want to share them with isn't going to modify them, then OCAD 10 Viewer is pretty nice.

There is a 50$ OCAD 10 Coursesetting version, might be worth investing in (but you'd need two I guess since ocad isn't the best at compatibility - anyone know if with the OCAD 10 Coursesetting one can save in earlier versions?).

Thanks, Neil. Sounds like a pain indeed. Ugh.

Quickly checking OCAD 10 CS can save as OCAD 9 but not earlier versions.

Presumably the OCAD 8 requirement is because that version isn't controlled by online activation of registration. Condes is a lot friendlier in this regard. Club licensing means one license is available to all in the club.
