I know resting with injuries is really depressing but I think it might be a good idea. everytime you think its getting better it then seems to get worse again. maybe try swimming as it takes the weight off the bones. saw a picture of you with blonde hair the other day. looked really wierd.
yeh i tried that for about... 4 months in the winter and it went away, but as it came back again so im just going to cross train untill i find a physio who knows what wrong with it!!! so yeh swimming is a good idea =)
