Discussion: which exercise?

Which exercise do you do for your hamstrings? Just curious.

I found a set of exercises online that claimed to help runners strengthen the hamstrings in a relevant way - here - they use an exercise ball, but otherwise just your bodyweight.

However, I do seem to only be at week 4 after maybe 4 months of (ok, pretty inconsistent!) strengthening... hmm....
