Running-wise, I mean (although, kid-wrangling counts as cross-training). And where do you get the pain - in your hip, or right around the back of your leg?

I think I will!! Going to be unavoidably busy with other stuff though.

When I hurt it the second time my physio thought there was some inflammation in the hip joint, but the continuing pain is sacral and my hamstrings are more aggravated than they've been in quite some time. I was told there was probably some damage to the SI joint and some nerve irritation with associated muscles tightening up to protect it. I can't be bothered always describing it properly.
