Your commitment and discipline are commendable and worthy of emulation. Great job getting out today, le Becks; you are an encouragement for those of us who are less focused.

Aww thanks Ian! Was only so early because I had to go back to the dentist! I am very proud I didn't skip it though. I am also now free of oral torture until July, which is excellent.
