sorry to hear that. I hope it's not as bad as it first seems. Are you going to try and get some physio advice?
Or are you just getting in the excuses early? Hope your back on track soon and start aqua jogging.
I don't think I will see a physio or anyone for that matter. I would get some help if it was worse but I'm almost walking normally and it's only slightly swollen. I will treat it the same as I would an ankle sprain, RICE and proprioception exercises basically... maybe some aqua jogging (cheers Paul). I predict it will get better quickly but probably won't be 100% for several weeks.
spinning perhaps? low impact, high intensity.
