I don't think I will see a physio or anyone for that matter. I would get some help if it was worse but I'm almost walking normally and it's only slightly swollen. I will treat it the same as I would an ankle sprain, RICE and proprioception exercises basically... maybe some aqua jogging (cheers Paul). I predict it will get better quickly but probably won't be 100% for several weeks.
