Sorry to hear you've been poorly, but it's not surprising given your recent office lifestyle. You need some time to get your immune system up to speed with dealing with other people's diseases.

Yes I thought so Tim but seeing as my two colleagues who work in the same room as me haven't been in all week it seems that it happened the other way around.

It's probably more my recent commuting lifestyle - there's not much in life I enjoy less than sitting on the tube with all of the other ill, unhappy people every morning, no-one smiling, all forced into making the journey because of the need for money. The rat race - a bit like prison really. I would drive but usually I want to run home. The sooner I can get a bike and start cycling the better.

I suppose it could be a lot worse, at least my job is enjoyable and the company I work at is very small. Best of all I don't work Wednesdays so it splits the week up quite nicely removing some of the prison feeling.

Thanks Matt, I am rather less poorly now.
