Maybe if you ran them all at intensity 4 then you'd not have had so much left for the last one. Or did you stop part way up on the 10th?
I do have multiple serious answers for you but would you settle for the fact that my training plan has been based on the sole goal of beating you on the run-in?
Your goals should be realistic and attainable, otherwise you'll get disheartened with continual setbacks.
