I really like the idea of the armchair orienteering coach with this technology. I could get used to this.

heavier than a headlamp and was definitely a distraction but I should be able to get used to
It took a couple of runs for me to get to a point where I don't even notice it. My last two runs I've been aiming the camera lower - to show more of the map and ground immediately in front of me. That lower angle makes the camera bounce a little more.
I think the armchair coaching has some real potential....and it is quite interesting to watch someone else orienteer.
