No, but there was water alongside the 18th! The 1st is just a little bit higher.

Blow me down it seems closer to the lake though and the 18th has that big slope down to the lake. did they move the hazard markers then to take the rise in water into account or was it casual water?

Yeah it is deceptive but the first is quite a bit higher. The water on the 18th didn't impact the hole it was just near the tee.
