what's happening with that? I haven't been across the bridge for ages to see. Are they going to re-build?

My understanding is that it is not the owner who is responsible for the rebuild, but the fabricator of the attraction. So presumably after the legal dust settles it will be rebuilt.

As far as I can tell the main purpose of it so far is to keep lawyers gainfully employed - in addition to what's mentioned above, various other businesses in the associated complex are deeply unimpressed at the lack of custom (not that I would have expected huge numbers from the wheel anyway).
