Hello all....Here's the distance breakdown....I checked this with a more careful internet mapping and driving with the car...The 2.2 km for the winding stuff was not far off my initial measurements....My watch times were all messed up though...Probably couldn't see in the dark:
Run to Byron and Richardson (2.2 km)
Zig-Zag workout one street up from Byron (2 km)
OR
3x Richardson-Woodroffe alternating speeds on the different at each street for the non hill group...1800 m
Byron and Woodroffe to Byron and Broadview and back on-off continuous running alternating speed every street. (3.2 km)
Zig-Zag workout one street up from Byron (2 km)
OR
1x Richardson-Woodroffe alternating speeds on the different at each street for the non hill group...600 m
Run to Frank Ryan from Byron and Richardson (2.2 km)
Total Distances( total hard running in brackets)
Also note that this work out was slightly different in that no intervals exceeded 400 m (with Robbie possibly being the exception)
Hill Group Total: 2.2 + 2 + 3.2 + 2 + 2.2 = 11.6 km
( 1.4 +1.6 + 1.4 = 4.4 km)
Non Hill Group Total: 2.2 + 1.8 + 3.2 + .6 + 2.2 = 10 km
(.9 + 1.6 + .3 = 2.8 km)
Ian Total: 2.2 + 2 + 3.2 + .6 + 2.2 = 10.2 km
(1.4+1.6+.3 = 3.5 km)
