you guys clearly don't have 20 propositions on your ballot! It took me over an hour to vote...

just 4 questions, and I had already decided how I wanted to vote on the first 3 before I showed up. my question 4 was pretty similar to your prop 19 I think though.

I'm curious how many voters went to the polls in Boston... looks like people are saying "record numbers" but I don't actually see what that number is.

California gets what it asks for!

Sometimes I wish New York did. I'm not sure propositions are included in the New York constitution...

The new fill-in-the-bubbles optical scan forms slowed me down - it was way easier to flip levers.

Okay, so I know not every state as an early-option vote-by-mail thing, but you all do have absentee options. I can't imagine going back to a polling place after doing the mail thing. The best part is being able to research all the candidates and props on my computer with my ballot in front of me. It's totally the way to go.

I think I'd like mail in ballots just fine. It is nice to feel part of a community by going somewhere local.... but since I don't really know any of the people at the polling place it is more of a delusion of nostalgia than anything else :)

I did the absentee thing, but forgot to mail it so had to walk to a close by polling place (but that meant I could go close to work which was nice)... it still took over hour to go through my 20+ california and san francisco propositions.
