The latest research in peer-reviewed journals indicates that regular burrito consumption promotes a faster, more robust recovery from intense aerobic and anaerobic stresses than any other foods.

A paper soon to be published in Nature indicates a correlation between burrito consumption and a reduction in DOMS, resilience to rhinovirus infection, an increase in VO2_Max, greater power on rollerskis, decreased degradation of chromosomal telomeres, heightened mental acuity and improved memory, and an increased probability of tibia fractures.
