I can't even spell calisthenics. Although I used to call going to mass "Cathlosthenics" because of all the standing-up, kneeling-down, standing up again, sit down, stand up, turn around, Shake hands, sit down....

I looked it up in the dictionary to not only get the spelling but make sure it applied. Saw it in Nadim's log and it seemed the best word.
