That actaully looks an awful lot like the map from the orient-show we did at the Wolrd Cup this weekend, where there was a maze in the middle and a bunch of point features all around!

Oh sure, but how are you going to calculate climb? :p

...also the finish chute being only 170m seems a little suspect.

Gives new meaning to the old expression 'out of this world'. But shouldn't the description for #8 indicate which saddle?

Relativity may present some problems for calculating times ...

andrea balakova:
Times will be correctly calculated. Einstein is the meet director. Do not forget to bring some power bars...

Juffy:
*insert crack about fossilised meet directors*

o.k. I think we enough "brains" in GVOC to figure out the timing. the transport to the start and from the finish might be a bigger issue.

Granting that GVOC can run the event and provide shuttles to the start and from the finish, will enough of the elites from Andromeda show up for it to be a Universe Ranking Event?

Get serious. Due to visibility issues this has to be a night event. Night events can't get a URE sanction.
Oct 9, 2010 6:48 AM #
Juffy:
How can it be a night event with that many suns visible?
Oct 10, 2010 1:26 AM #
gordhun:
That's the only time those suns are seen. Is it different on the other side of the world?
