nice work on the 'real running moment' - mine took two months of hard slogging to finally happen! it feels great eh?
just checking in re. sunday night in new haven? is it still okay? there's 2 of us - myself and james.

potential to go running in the evening as well. i will have wheels to drive to suitable area - possibility of 90mins - 2hrs?
