FYI, if your device doesn't default to the mobile mode, it's because I haven't had a chance to test on your platform yet. but in most cases you will still be able to turn it on/off using the link at the very bottom of the page.

I don't yet see an option to turn it onto mobile mode. (Nokia.) It sounds like there's an option to turn it off if you see mobile mode and don't want it, but maybe not a mode to turn it on if you don't see it and do want to try it?

very nice indeed, though I keep finding myself trying to scroll the screen sideways to get to the discussions. old habits die hard

It's not often I'm jealous of iPhone users, but in this case I definitely am. Like feet, here's a vote for Nokia (SymbianOS for me) integration!

If it's useful, my HTTP_USER_AGENT is something like:

"Mozilla/5.0 (SymbianOS/9.2; U; Series60/3.1 NokiaE71-2/400.21.013; Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 ) AppleWebKit/413 (KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/413"

Whew! :)

Now people will be able to log training DURING their training sessions. This is *spectacular*.

you can use mobile ap with nokia handsets by using opera. like I am doing right now.

With Nokias you can also use my ap app to use phone's gps to record you trainings and post them to AP (with track if you have donated)

Hugh, you should already see the "go to mobile site" link at the bottom, let me know if not. I fixed something after feet's message. Also, your mobile/full preference is remembered so you won't have to select it again next visit.

{edit: Jagge wins!} Ian, you joke, but Jagge had already created Symbian(nokia) apps for logging during training (or immediately after), which can also upload the gps track to your Attackpoint log. But, maybe take the inline skates off first ;-)

Thanks to everyone for trying this out and for the feedback here and by email. I will work on options for text-size adjustment, and fix some pages where the order of things is awkward.

If you watch Yƶkuppi tracking right now: as soon as KLe's dot dissappears from tracking the same route pops up at Terkelsen's log. Or actually a bit earlier since there is a shot delay in RG tracking. The very same symbian app is used for both.

with track if you have donated

To make it clear - donated to AP, not me.

Ken: I remember looking at the bottom this AM and there was no link ... now there is! Possibly I hadn't done a refresh. Huzzah. It looks great.

I had tried Opera as well, but for some reason I can't log in with it anymore (Opera). No biggie, I don't really like that browser on my phone.

Even the little things, like having the list of updated favourites spaced out further so my fat fingers can hit the right one - it's all win. *fanboi noises*

Very nice touch. I have been using AP on my DROID X with the main site and just noticed the Mobile Site Link. AP was very usable in normal mode, but is even better now. Thanks Ken!
