RASPUTIN:
physically, i would point you to a good PT or Chiro who works specificlaly with ironman athletes. James Wells is one. He will use massage, low level laser, whatever modality possible to get your ankle back ASAP. I am sure there are many others in OC but James is a a 9:40s Kona guy and knows his stuff. He fixed my chronically tight hammies.

mentally: My .02: Simplify. Break it down. Cut out any distractions, even attackpoint.

Dave Scott, Mark Allen, the real gurus would go into isolation mode for 2-3 months before Kona. You might see Macca and some others posting on FB right now, but note Chrissie is nowhere to be seen. AND she doesn't have to prioritize family and work!

My measly 2 cents from the bleachers: simplify, cut out any distractions, focus on monique, work, training and nothing else.
