Alll,

The orienteering promotional materials that were presented in Spokane are ready for your use. Thanks for your patience.

Visit www.us.orienteering.org and check the news section on the home page.

Sincerely,
Glen

Very nice! That material does an excellent job of conveying what orienteering is all about.

Nice! I think you've got an unnecessary 'more' in your quote in the second paragraph:

“think about the first time you found that control, more moved up a course, or shaved a minute off your time. It is all about personal discovery.”

Or I could be reading it incorrectly?

Great looking stuff! However...

Anyone downloading the Ski-O banner as a PDF, should be aware that the file size is actually 9.36 MB, not 936 kB.

I'd rather not be negative but what's up with the white text being lost in the brightly sunlit forest floor at the orienteer's feet in the second version of the small event poster? Can't you find a nice background image that doesn't create this problem? It's particularly strange given that one area is virtually the only significantly large part of the image that isn't dark enough to contrast well with white text.

more moved up a course

Probably should be "or moved up a course". I'll get it fixed.

Guy, I'll fix the size of the Ski-O banner too.

The idea is great but for the foot O' banner, I wish they would have used some nice open woods. I think that would make it much more appealing.

I'm sure Carl meant nice open high altitude prairie, right, Carl? ; )

while we're on corrections. The sponsorship one states that 50000 people 'consume' orienteering. Is it even possible to consume a sport?

Thanks for the materials.

On a related note. Should OUSA show up here?

Or here?

It might be a good idea.

Or if OUSA is not appropriate, maybe just freshen up this page.

(I really want to say the whole name, but OUSA is simply easier.)
