top 3 was perfect, but than Ken was not on place 4... and Joost was not even in my list. Congratulations to Fabien, outstanding!

For middle distance... it will be a closer fight.

Yannick, Hoekie and Ken... so I must be in the last 2 ones :-)

As you say, in one month a lot can happen. I'll try to prepare well for the last part of the season, with focus on short distances and speed. Nevertheless, I'll not be in the favourites in Lommel, as I only ran 2 times there, a looong time ago.

Sahara - BK Middle will be unfair so I'm not going !!! What a BK ! Great terrain but all Flemish runners know it by heart.

I will run World Cup in France instead = more fun !
