My CSU peeps are being lame and skipping the relay/breaking their legs, so I'm in need of a relay team. I'll be arriving in Ottawa late Wednesday night, so I'm hoping to find a team before I leave tomorrow. I'm happy to run on any team, any leg. Let me know if you're looking for a runner.

Alternatively, is it permissible to run all the legs?
